| Feet and legs are sore from standing on my feet all day. | | Aside from putting them up when I get home what else can I do to make them feel better? I bought insoles for my shoes which seem to help quite a bit. I wonder if I have varicose veins or something else that is making everything so sore. Sometimes, I'd sit so long, my legs would cramp or
go to sleep.Turns out, my computer chair was cutting off the
circulation at the back of my knees.Now, I use a big recliner for my computer chair and
my legs rarely cramp when I'm working at the computer.Also, I try not to spend more than an hour at a time
on the computer before getting up and doing something else.Do you sit for so long in front of the computer

| How many scars has your cat left on your arms or legs?? LOL | | I have about 3 or 4 of them on my arms and a couple on my legs. You know when you've picked them up when they didn't want you to do so. Or they launch off you as if you were just about to what PET them???? LOLI love my cats, I have had 5. I had to put 3 down because of their ages, one was 14 and two were 18. I still have two. The 7 year old Burmese is, I swear, crazy. She will be sitting peacefully in your lap, you move 1/2 of an inch and she launches off of you leaving you shrieking because of the scratches she left behind. | |
